El caso es que l<strong>o hemos reinterpretado<\/strong> en formato tosta. As\u00ed que sin m\u00e1s, os vamos a presentar estas <strong>tostas de solomillo con salsa espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente sabrosa <strong>es esta salsa espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>, muy interesante para combinar con carnes, sobre todo a la plancha o a la parrilla. Empezamos troceando <strong>la cebolla y el jam\u00f3n veteado con tocino<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>2.-<\/strong> En una sart\u00e9n con <strong>aceite de oliva virgen<\/strong> puesta a calentar, vamos a pochar la cebolla y los trozos de jam\u00f3n. La grasilla del tocino al deshacerse dejar\u00e1 un buen sabor a la salsa. Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adiremos <strong>un par de cucharadas soperas de harina<\/strong>. Tendremos que fre\u00edrla y trabajarla un poco. Es el momento de que <strong>empezamos a preparar las tostas<\/strong>. Primero vamos a hacer las tostadas. Nosotros para evitar que se pegue, <strong>usamos <a href=\"http:\/\/atavolaconilconte.es\/index\/maceraciones-en-aceite-de-oliva\/\" title=\"Enlace a la maceraci\u00f3n de aceites de oliva en el gastroblog A Tavola con il Conte\" target=\"_blank\">un aceite aromatizado<\/a><\/strong>. Sobre este, <strong>unos champi\u00f1ones<\/strong> en conserva; y sobre ambos, <strong>la salsa espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> que hemos mantenido caliente. Adem\u00e1s, si como nosotros, eres aficionado a las especias, <strong>te vamos a recomendar un vino con car\u00e1cter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Empezaremos con nuestra regla general. Si un plato es t\u00edpico de una zona, generalmente el vino de all\u00ed es el m\u00e1s id\u00f3neo para maridar. En este caso, nos decantamos por un tinto de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dotoro.com\/es\/\" title=\"Link a la \" target=\"_blank\">DO. Toro<\/a>, como <strong>el tinto roble de Toro que disfrutamos con estas tostas<\/strong>. No obstante, si os gusta otro vino tinto, pues, claro.
