Para evitar que repitan o den gases, cambiamos el agua que hemos usado para el remojo. Las zanahorias las partimos en rodajas su parte m\u00e1s fina y en medias lunas donde sea m\u00e1s ancha. A continuaci\u00f3n pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en 3 trozos y estos a su vez en 3 o 4 partes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.- <\/strong>En la versi\u00f3n original se a\u00f1ad\u00edan a la olla podrida varios tipos de carnes: Vaca, cerdo, pollo, pato,.. en nuestra versi\u00f3n algo m\u00e1s ligera, usamos <strong>costillas de cerdo adobadas, chorizo<\/strong> cortado (en trozos de unos 3 cent\u00edmetros) y <strong>muslos de pollo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.-<\/strong> Cocidas las alubias, desechamos el agua de esta cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.-<\/strong> En la olla, colocamos una bandeja interior con las alubias ya cocidas, encima pondremos las verduras y sobre \u00e9stas, los trozos de carne troceados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.-<\/strong>\u00a0A\u00f1adimos sal, dos hojitas de laurel y agua.
